Returns and Refunds

At Leo Soleil, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with this policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

  • The item is not excluded from returns under this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with our assessment.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement product;

  • A repair (where applicable);

  • A full refund.

Any reasonable return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products will be covered by us.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Gift cards and vouchers;

  • Personalized or custom-made products;

  • Perishable goods;

  • Intimate, hygiene, or personal care products that have been opened or used;

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through the designated return process available on our store.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • Full name;

  • Reason for the return;

  • Supporting photographs where applicable.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Delivery Charges

Original delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The product was defective;

  • The wrong item was supplied; or

  • We are otherwise required to refund delivery charges under applicable law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable South African law, including rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
